KazHJIU received a letter of Gratitude from the Department of education of the akimat of Semey city for the contribution to the organization and implementation of large-scale measures for the prevention of offenses and legal literacy among schoolchildren of Semey city.
At the beginning of this year, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in his Address “New opportunities for development in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution” noted that the key priority of educational programs should be the development of the ability to constantly adapt to changes and assimilation of new knowledge.
Kazakh Humanitarian Juridical Innovative University and the “Commonwealth of young lawyers” with the support of the Department of education of Semey from January 8 to March 17, 2018 held legal training seminars for students of sixteen schools in The city. These activities were carried out within the framework of trilateral cooperation aimed at the formation of legal culture and legal awareness of young people, prevention of offenses.
1047 students took part in the legal seminar-training on “Legal responsibility in social networks”.
In the legal seminar-training on “Offenses among adolescents” was attended by 1100 students.
In the next 2018-2019 academic year, similar legal measures are planned to be carried out in other schools of Semey.
