KazHJIU continues to develop cooperation with universities of Bulgaria. For the past three years of KazHJIU is actively developing international cooperation with the Bulgarian universities. In this moment of Kazhliu 9 partner universities such as Sophia University named after Kliment Ohridski, Sofia Technical University, Forestry engineering University, New Bulgarian University, Varna free University, Varna University of management, Varna University of Economics, etc. Programs of academic mobility of students and teachers, joint educational programs are implemented.

11 April lectures to the students of KazHJIU Professor Snezhana Ilieva, doctor of psychological Sciences, the course “Management of organization principles of psychology”, and conducts practical training with students of 2,3 courses of the specialty “Pedagogy and psychology”.

Professor Snezhana Ilieva-Director of the University center for conflict management and organizational research of Sofia University. Kliment Ohridski, as well as the head of the master’s programs “Labor and organizational psychology”and” Organizational psychology and cross-cultural management”.

Professor S. Ilieva has numerous publications in the field of employee motivation management, stress management, leadership and conflict management.

13 April on the basis of Kazhliu Professor Ilieva Snezhana held a seminar-training for school teachers and College teachers of Semey on the theme: “Psychological features of positive management education”.

Topical psychological aspects of management in the education system were discussed:

— Features for positive management in the school. The role of the school principal in forming a positive work climate;

— Leadership in the field of education.

– Motivation and well-being of teachers as a factor of learning effectiveness.

– Formation of positive attitudes to work and satisfaction of teachers.

– Development of psychological capital and capacity of school staff and teachers.
