Biography and research-pedagogical activity: He was born on May 31, 1979 in the village of Tarbagatay, Ayagoz district, East Kazakhstan oblast. In 2002, he graduated from Almaty State University named after Abay. He began his career as a lecturer at Shakarim State University. In 2007 he graduated from the magistracy with a degree in History. On May 31, 2010 he successfully defended his thesis on the history of the German and Polish diasporas in East Kazakhstan.
He is a graduate of the Bolashak program. In 2011-2012, he completed a professional internship as a visiting researcher at the Center for Business and Research in Central Asia of Pittsburgh State University in the United States of America.
In 2016, under the DAAD scholarship program (Germany) he passed an internship at the Institute of Social Anthropology named after Max Planck in Halle, Germany, the research topic is “Problems of Kazakhstani Germans adaptation to a new society”.
In 2018, he conducted a post-doctoral study in France for three months on the topic “The history of the formation and development of the Kazakh diaspora in France”.
From 2012 to September 2019 he worked as an assistant professor of the Department of Philosophy and Political Science of the Historical-Pedagogical Faculty of the State University named after Shakarim (Semey). He currently teaches History and Political Science at KazHJIU and Shakarim State University of Semey.
In addition to teaching activities in higher education, he is a certified international coach in the field of non-formal education and the non-governmental sector as well as he is included in the database of Kazakhstani coaches at the Expert Center of NGOs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He conducts training seminars for various target groups within the framework of the implementation of projects of state institutions, including the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, projects of international organizations such as UNDP, the Eurasia Foundation in Central Asia (EFCA), the World Bank, and business projects of large national and multinational companies.
He is a regular participant in scientific conferences, seminars and forums held in Kazakhstan, the Republic of Turkey, Germany, Poland, France, Northern Cyprus, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Russia, and the United States.
He is the author of 3 monographs, and more than 30 research and educational research articles.
He is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, English and Turkish.
